Nancy

is a lively, energetic, caring and attentive Iyengar yoga teacher. In her classes she brings the energy that her yoga practice has brought her. Guiding the students safely towards the benefits that yoga brings. Nancy has been a regular guest teacher and visits each season to teach some of our retreats.

Marie

is a passionate, dedicated certified E-RYT® Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of experience. Her approach integrates both the physical and mental aspects of yoga, encouraging balance, strength, and mindful stillness. Her teaching style is a mix of traditional Hatha Yoga and the dynamic flow of Vinyasa.

Frits

is from the Netherlands and has been teaching during our retreats since the start in 2014. He is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher with more than 10 years teaching experience. His classes are energetic, working on balance, strengthening and building steadiness to increase flexibility and lengthening the muscles.
