Yoga & Surf Retreats in Portugal
Buddha Retreats offers yoga & surf retreats in a stunning location close to the beautiful beaches of the Portuguese Silvercoast. We are located one hour north of Lisbon only a short drive away from the beaches of Peniche and Baleal.
The venue is also available to rent on an exclusive basis between March and November for retreats, events and holidays. It is the ideal place for groups of up to 20 guests in a spacious country house surrounded by nature.
About us
Buddha Retreats is located only a one hour drive north of Lisbon in a beautifully restored country house surrounded by green hills and close to the rugged beaches of the Portuguese west coast. Since 2014 we have been offering all-inclusive retreats for all levels and have hosted retreat organizers from around the world.
Our yoga retreats
Relax and recharge during our yoga retreats. Iyengar yoga is a dynamic and physically intensive form of yoga where the focus is on correct alignment of the postures. All of our retreats are suitable for all levels.

Learn to surf with us at the beautiful beaches of the Portuguese Silvercoast. The coast around Peniche and Baleal offers some of the best conditions to learn to surf due its unique geography and waves all year around.
